SLES appears as white or light yellow viscous paste, is a kind of excellent anionic surface active agent, with excellent decontamination, emulsification, wettability, dispersity, density and foaming, easily soluble in water.Sodium Lauryl E ther Sulfate 70% (SLES 70%) is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance. It has good cleaning, emulsifying, wetting and foaming properties. It is soluble in water easily, compatible with many surfactants, and stable in hard water. It is biodegradable with low irritation to skin and eye. SLES70% Widely applied in hair shampoo, bath shampoo, dish detergents and complex soap,it is also used in wetting and clearer in textile industry.

SLES 70% has established a diverse application network across various sectors, including daily chemicals, textiles, and leather, thanks to its high foaming properties, strong detergency, and excellent compatibility. In personal care, it is a core ingredient in shampoos and body washes. Adjusting the EO addition level (typically 3-5 units) allows precise control of product viscosity and foam fineness. In household cleaning, when combined with cocamidopropyl betaine, it significantly improves the low-temperature stability of laundry detergents.
In terms of industrial applications, this product is used as an emulsifier in textile printing and dyeing to reduce interfiber friction; in leather processing, it is used as a degreasing agent, with a residual content of less than 0.1% to avoid interference with subsequent tanning processes; and in the field of oil extraction, its salt tolerance (stable in 2% NaCl solution for >48 hours) makes it an ideal choice as a drilling fluid additive.
Note: In the active ingredient content test, there are slight differences between ISO 2271 and GB/T 5173 in the determination of the titration endpoint. The actual test is based on the double standard verification results.
